Free Office 2007 Professional For Attending Event, Part Two

There’s another series of events you can get a free copy of Office Professional 2007 and Office Groove 2007 at for attending, for free, and this one is more accessible, albeit longer, than the one I posted about on Monday. You can attend a “Ready for a New Day” Launch Event that will tell you all about Windows Vista and Office 2007, sort of like a free mini-conference to get you up to speed on the new versions of Microsoft’s flagship products. The event is free, the software is valued at $530, so you have a few really good reasons to attend.

I’ve registered for next Tuesday’s event at the Sheraton New York, a 9-3:30 event, since I’ve got a basically open day Tuesday anyway. If I’m able to attend (which will likely have more to do with my health than my schedule, the way things have been lately), I’ll try to blog the whole event. Should be a fun day, and I never mind a free breakfast and lunch while I’m at it. If the all-day event is too much for you, read up on the previous event I blogged about, which is more flexible and 2 1/2 hours shorter.

  1. I’ll be in Tampa Thursday for the all day event. I’d like to hear what to expect. The ones I’ve attended in the past (XP)have been good.
