Windows Vista Nabs “Best Of CES 2007″
CNet’s editors named the “Best of CES 2007″, giving top honors to Microsoft’s new Windows Vista operating system in the “Computers and hardware” category. “Best in Show” went to a solution for the industry’s problems, a dual format HD-DVD/BluRay player from LG, but Microsoft did also grab the People’s Voice award for the best product on the show floor, the Ford Sync car electronics system.
Microsoft had a finalist in another categories, with the new Microsoft Reclusa gamers keyboard (designed with Razer as a companion to the Habu mouse) getting recognition in the Gaming category. And while not a Microsoft product per se, the Asus W5Fe SideShow notebook was a finalist in the Computers and Hardware category.
