InsideMicrosoft Is Winner: 2006 KBCafe Blog Award

The results of the KBCafe Blog Awards are in, and InsideMicrosoft has pulled the top spot in the “Best Microsoft Blog” category for the second year running. Congrats to everyone who made it happen, especially everyone who voted. Thanks! Looking at the voting page, you can see that we grabbed 43% of the vote, beating out some good blogs, including Alex Barnett’s (sorry, man).

Sadly, InsideGoogle lost in the Google Blog category to fan favorite Matt Cutts, and Apple Watch lost a tough race against some huge Apple blogs with fervent followings. However, Hoffman’s Hearsay won the “Best Right-Wing Blog” category, so there’s some other good news. Huzzah! I predict an even better 2007 (and it has been so far).

And if you want to root for Microsoft, Miel’s got a post about a Microsoft Daytona 500 sponsorship that is combined with a charity drive. Cool stuff.
