I like Time Warner. They screw up so often, I get all sorts of freebies. I’m not paying my cable bill until August! Verizon is awful, with terrible overpriced cell phones and the lowest quality broadband I’ve ever experienced (hence the switch to Time Warner). Dell is another company you can count on to screw up often enough to give you free stuff (thanks for the $35 coupon, I got it last night). And Macy’s… arghh! I bought some plates from them, and they were broken right in the box. What did they do about it? Nothing!
So, don’t knock this list. Real customers are having real terrible experiences with your products. Companies: You should care. We hate you, and only shop because we are forced to by market conditions (deep discounting, no competition). When someone who’s actually decent comes along, or is just good enough, we kick your sorry ass to the curb.
