Special Zune Holiday Offers
Microsoft’s Zune has some offers for the holiday, different depending on where you buy the device, that won’t blow you away but at least should be interesting.
Amazon.com will give you
Best Buy will give you a $20 gift card if you buy an 8-gig Zune or 30-gig first-gen Zune. Buy a 4-gig Zune and get a $10 card.
Circuit City’s offer apparently earns you 15 free song downloads on a 4-gig pink Zune or 80-gig Zune, though the offer might change, often.
Wal-Mart supposedly has an offer, but I have no freakin clue what it is.
Funny how retailers never have to bribe people to buy iPods isn’t it?

Wrong, Dave, dead wrong. Amazon has large discounts and several special offers on iPod purchases; Apple sends me an email every few days with offers on iPods, and gives them away free with some computers; Circuit City gives a $10 gift card with purchase; and so on and so on. Everyone has special offers, especially this time of year, both on iPods and Zunes.
