Long Zheng completed the astounding task of finding all four thousand, five hundred and sixty-two icons present in the system32 folder of Windows Vista, as a way of showing why calls for Microsoft to update every single system icon to the new Aero style is unrealistic. While I disagree with his point, since, if he could document all of them, surely the job isn’t completely impossible, it is a stunning number of icons, and Long has used a cool Flash tool from Zoomify to illustrate all of them.
